About Us
Our staff have a over 100 years’ combined experience of working in the care sector in Leicestershire. This includes:
- Advising people on all aspects of care and support in order to live fulfilled and independent lives
- Helping carers access non-means-tested allowances and statutory entitlements
- Visiting and advocating for people in residential care to safeguard their personal liberty and quality of life
- Enabling people to access the Court of Protection and the help of other professionals as required
- Reporting to local authorities on the progress of people receiving care and making safeguarding referrals (an average of 2 every week)
- Monitoring records in care homes: care plans, daily records, medication charts, activity records, etc.
We can provide you with our experience of working with over 400 people a year in Leicestershire. Whereas other companies offer web-based ‘directories’, we offer face-to-face help and support based on our up-to-date knowledge of care providers.
We do not receive rewards or incentives from care providers and are totally independent of them. This means we can give you impartial and detailed advice on care homes and care providers across the region.
